My name is Kristin Brillantes, I am a real estate professional in the Baltimore metro area, with a primary focus on Baltimore City, as well as Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Carroll Counties. I grew up in Ellicott City, MD and attended Centennial High School. I ended up moving to the Canton area in 2011. In 2014, I purchased a row home in Canton (a shell), gutted it, and CHAP tax froze it. I am very familiar with the loan products available to fund a rehab project and the process because I did it first hand. I have successfully assisted many home buyers in buying “fixer uppers.”
My background prior to my real estate career includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Communications from Stevenson University and seven years as a Marketing Manager. I am dedicated to staying informed about market trends, loan products, pricing, interest rates, and other factors that affect buyers, sellers, and investors.

In my 1st year in real estate I was named Rookie of the Year 2014 at my brokerage. Since that time, I have won awards monthly and yearly and have continued to grow my business year over year. Recent awards include #1 Independent Agent (units) 2016, #1 Independent Agent (GCI) 2017, and #1 Independent Agent (GCI) 2018.
I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), which means I have been trained in the best negotiation tactics when dealing with a variety of different types of people. This training further solidifies that I am armed with the best tools to get you the best outcome in every transaction! My other certifications include Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).
In June 2017, I was nominated and featured in Baltimore Real Producers Magazine as a rising star. The distribution is the Top 5% of agents in the MD/DC region of which I am included. It was an honor to be recognized by my peers and the highest producing agents in the region. In 2018, I ended the year, just one year after being featured as a rising star, in the Top 2% of realtors in the region.
