I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristin to purchase a new home and sell my condo. Kristin was nothing short of AMAZING! She quickly gained my confidence due to how easily she was able to explain the home buying process in each phase. Although it wasn’t my first time purchasing, I felt like it was because of the vast amount of info. I learned from her. Kristin is extremely knowledgeable, integral, and honest. Her business acumen and negotiating skills are sharp. I had very little to worry about during both transactions as Kristin handled all of the heavy lifting behind the scenes. We worked with Kristin to sell our Maryland home when we were moving out of state across the country. She was critical to getting our house on the market: from scheduling staging, helping us get contractors into our house to fix issues when we were 500 miles away, and dealing with all sorts of scheduling issues from the buyers.

What a flawless experience with purchasing my first rental property with Kristin. What comes to mind first is her accessibility. In addition to investing, I work a profession which sometimes demands much of my time and energy during odd hours. This was never a concern with Kristin. After making initial contact and making my intent known, she made herself available to answer questions and address other concerns which arose during the search, contract period and through closing. I never felt Kristin ever push me in a direction I was uncomfortable with. At every decision point I appreciated her willingness to explain my options. Although I read and immerse myself in real estate topics daily, her practical experience and application of tradecraft was beyond anything I could learn through text in a book. There isn’t a source that can substitute for someone with a genuine and extensive knowledge of a market. Being still somewhat new to real estate myself, she was adamant to lead me in the right direction. She continually told me her own personal investing journey and went as far as sharing her mistakes so I may avoid the same troubles. Although I came pre-approved with a lender, she referred me to a more competitive local lender; which helped me save to stretch my finances to do more deals down the road. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kristin and I can’t repeat her name enough to my circle of friends in and out of the area. It’s awesome to know there are other young professionals adamant about their success and are not afraid to work hard through completion of a deal. Kristin is a wonderful buyer's agent. She worked with my wife and I when we were really only in the early exploratory phases, willing to let us take our time and not trying to make the quick sell. When we realized we needed to adjust our price point, she adjusted her search as well to accommodate our needs. During the purchase and closing, she was a great advocate for us and helped us negotiate a lower buying price, and then helped maximize the effect of our property inspections. She is generally very available by phone/text/email (we had a few late-night calls), responsive, and simply works extremely hard for her clients. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Just bought my first home with Kristin. She was great to work with - professional, straightforward, and super on top of everything I needed. Towards the week of closing the seller threw us some curve balls, but Kristin navigated the whole thing like a champ and I got exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in need of an awesome realtor!

Recently bought and sold a home with Kristin. The service and care Kristin provided during the process was nothing short of AMAZING. She came to and accessed my house before the sale. Gave me a few tips on things to do before my house went on the market. My house was listed and sold within 12 hours of the sale and sold for over the asking price. The purchase of my new home had quiet a issues to contend with on the seller side. But Kristin worked hard around the clock and played hard ball to get the deal done. She was there to help every step along the way, from the inspections, title, lender selection etc. Bottom Line, Kristin is an energetic, hard working agent that is excited about her job. That worked around the clock during the home buying and selling process. I would highly recommend to anyone making a move.

Kristin is amazing at what she does! She is knowledgeable in her field, communicates along the way, and is strategic in her negotiations. We met Kristin by accident when she was assigned to us by Zillow to show us a house. We loved Kristin from the day we met her when she took her time to walk us through the whole process. I don’t think I could ask for a better realtor because Kristin was amazing. I had started out with a different realtor who seemed unwilling to listen to my concerns and was not proactive (wouldn’t send comps, waited to submit offers, didn’t want to view homes outside a certain area etc.). I had actually given up on purchasing a home because the process was disheartening. I found my house while looking for a rental property and that’s how I met Kristin. She prepared a homebuyer’s packet for me, compiled comps, was a tireless advocate for me and is a wonderful person. You could not ask for a better realtor.
