To start, Kristin is one heck of a Realtor. She is knowledgeable in all that is to know about buying a home. Kristin helped me sell my marital home and purchase a new home of my own. Communication with my ex-wife was strained but Kristin navigated seamlessly to ensure everyone was on board and in agreement with what was going on during the sale transaction. The home was under contract in less than 40 days and that included listing on a holiday weekend when minimal, if any, traffic or interest was expected. On the purchase side, we looked at all the options available and she provided relevant advice and opinions on each property and location to help me decide on my new home. Both sale and purchases went very smooth with no unexpected surprises and I never felt in the dark as to the status and next steps. Let me just start with the following: My intent to contact Kristin was to get an idea of how feasible it would be for me to buy a house in Baltimore... fast forward a short 2 months and I am now a homeowner in Fells! The best part is, I GOT PAID TO DO IT! How about that for a hook? From the beginning, Kristin has been one of the most professional, caring, driven, organized, and honest people I have ever worked with. These, in my opinion, are the most important qualities in a realtor. She made sure I took advantage of all first time home buyer incentives, urged me to stay on top of my paperwork, set me up with the best Mortgage Company, both listened and advised me on what I was looking for and what I should be aware of in a house, and executed all of the above in a fast and precise manner.

There were times when I was procrastinated paper work and lost sight on what I really wanted in a house, but Kristin always found a way to put me back on course. We ended up closing the deal with the exact house I wanted, the exact price I wanted, NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO CLOSING COSTS, and somehow she got me MONEY IN MY POCKET at closing due to a small hiccup from the seller side.
